Job Description
- Responsible for admin tasks of a company such as document control related to accounting dept., order stationary, office equipment (Printer, Coffee Machine etc.), Manage office supplies inventory, and ensure proper maintenance of office equipment.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations
- Accumulating and keep the documents about finance safe in the files
- Creating the Pay In documents to deposit the cheque payment
- Reviewing the correctness of the documents in the department
- Updating the payment status of every payable statement
Qualify of Candidate
- General Education or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- 1 -3 year of experience in Trading or a related field
- Proven experience as an administrative secretary or in a similar administrative role
- Good coordinate, communicate, negotiate, high responsible and work under pressure and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Personal computer skills including Microsoft Office suite software such as Word, Excel or more.
- Ability to handle adverse and urgent situations.
